Technical Question | Best Ae86 Tuning House in S/E QLD?

I had this question sent to me from Daniel about having a workshop put a 4age in his Ae86:

Who would be the best to see about getting a 4age with quads etc. installed into my ADM Ae86-(currently 4ac)? I would prefer to take it to someone who takes upmost care and can do it all in house on the Gold Coast/Brisbane. Basicly i want a drive in drive out job.

Hi Daniel,

The best place I could recommend off the top of my head would be Kaizen Garage. Anthony Kellum is the owner of that place, they deal specifically with ae86′s. Ant definitely knows his stuff. Send him an email here: http://www.kaizengarage.com/

Technical Question | Where can I get Corolla Quad Lights, Bumpers etc from?

A great place to get cheap parts for your Corolla; Lights, surrounds, bumpers etc is Kay Parts from Kuala Lumpur. I don’t have solid contact details to give right now but you can find him on Facebook under Kay Parts

Technical Question | Where can I get Corolla Chin Lips from?

The chin lip I have on the front of my Corolla was originally purchased from Gilly at Madhouse. You can currently purchase them from David Lawson at AJPS.

Technical Question | What size are the Hayashi Streets?

As self indulgent as the question sounds, it is actually the question I get asked the most.
My Hayashi Streets (not Rota Shakotan’s by the way) are 14×8 -10 with 185/60 14′s. I will be changing to 185/55′s in the near future for the sake of better fitment and ride height.
It might be handy to know that the rear guards of my car are heavily worked so this size won’t easily fit under standard Corolla rear guards.
