Squid At The Creek
Being at World Time Attack last year was one of the best experiences for me. It was the first time I’ve traveled out of Melbourne ever since I moved here. Being a time attack event, I honestly was more excited about the drifting. This is also my first time seeing Jake Jones and his car in real life. Let’s have a closer look!
2 Tone Perfection
This car was the apple of my eye during the Word Time Attack Challenge earlier this year. I spotted this S13 bathing in the sun while heading back to the pits. Sitting on a set of white R33 GTR wheels and fully suited with Nismo aero, this thing was perfect in my eyes. A cool thing on this car was the blue fog lights in the headlights, which look fantastic. Oh, and he drove this from ACT all the way up to NSW. Trooper!
We would love to shoot this S13, so if the owner is reading this let’s make it happen!

Excitement! Car Magazine | 2011 Wrap Up
Having only been in operation for half of the year, 2011 has been an incredible year for all of us at Excitement! Car Magazine!
In a very short time we have gained some very significant contributors who have been invaluable towards the success of the magazine. However, one of the greatest things that has helped us to point the magazine in the correct direction has been the feedback from you guys; the readers. RC Burst Onevia
Good things come in small packages, and for me this is one of the best packages I’ve created. Before having a car the closest thing I got to drifting was playing with remote control drift cars. The first time I started looking on the market for one, I just wanted something small and cheap. A friend of mine who was into this hobby showed me his Yokomo drift car which blew me away, that being said he had spent over $500 on it. My first response was “I’m not spending over $50 man.” Fast forward 3 months and at least $500 later, this is what I have.

With the drivers getting used to the track layout the action started heating up on the second half of the day. With the mercury nice and high and the sun shining all day it was a complete turnaround from the moody wet morning. That’s Melbourne for ya!

Many Queenslanders should know this car by now. Originally made famous by Todd Walden, this drift machine was lucky enough to land in the hands of its current owner; Ender Esenyel. I must admit, it’s definitely one of the most iconic S13′s in Australia. With this in mind, let’s have a peek at its look factor.
