On my way to work last week I spotted this funky Cube on a set of BBS RS’s. I do recall seeing some images of this Cube from JDMST meets but never seen it in the flesh. Luckily enough I had my Leica mini by my side to get a shot.
I have just recently had a bunch of film rolls developed so I thought I would share some of the shots that didn’t make it to the CJSS post last year.
I’ve just had four rolls of film developed today, so I have a few film shots to show you guys that I will spread over the next few weeks. Some from the CJSS meet back in 2011 and a few build shots of some cars that I have seen. But for now, enjoy this photo of Zak’s SR20 Volvo, Nathans 1200 ute and my ae71.
So I have finally got around to developing my roll of 100 TMAX from Locky’s private track day at QR’s short track.
Having only been in operation for half of the year, 2011 has been an incredible year for all of us at Excitement! Car Magazine!
In a very short time we have gained some very significant contributors who have been invaluable towards the success of the magazine. However, one of the greatest things that has helped us to point the magazine in the correct direction has been the feedback from you guys; the readers. We love to hear constructive criticism about the site so be sure to keep letting us know what you like and especially what you don’t like!
Like any car genre, classic Japanese cars are a thriving culture and the event to see this culture really come out is the Classic Japanese Show and Shine at Lakeside Raceway. I’m a huge fan of the Japanese Classics and have been kicking myself for years for not getting out to one of these. This year I decided to drive the Corolla out there as well as shoot the entire day in film.
It’s a popular misconception these days that the most interesting car builds are only found in the rear-wheel-drive platform. Emilio Brown’s EG Civic is rolling example of why this would be a very naive thought to have. Not only is the attention to detail on this car second to none, it is completely set up to be track driven.
