Car Feature | JPP’s Black Swan

David Lawrie down at Japanese Parts and Performance has got a new toy. So here it is. It doesn’t look like much, in fact, it looks like a pile of crap. What really matters is what it will be looking like in a very short time.

David picked this beauty up at an auction recently and has got some good plans for it.

Before the car was put up for auction it was an insurance job that was stolen and then trashed.

That said, I don’t think the car was in immaculate condition before this happened.

It’s certainly in perfect condition to become a drift project.

There are some upsides to the car though.

The R33 came with a few parts that will save some time in the build up.

The black stuff all over the car isn’t dirt either, it’s actually fingerprint powder from when the police found the car.

At the time of writing this the car had just finished up being painted.

I will be shooting the final product very soon, as for the color? You will just have to wait and see.

If you wanna get a sneak peak, get yourself down to Japanese Parts & Performance to check out this black swan of an R33.
